Contact & frequently asked questions

Questions about formats, compatibility, licensing or an order? Email [email protected]. Include the store domain and order number, if applicable. Never send your payment password or full card details.

Is this a physical sign?

No. This store sells digital files only. No physical signs or materials are shipped.

Can I buy a preview?

No. Concept previews have no price or checkout button. Only released products with a listed price and an Add to cart button can be purchased.

Can I sell things made from a purchased file?

Yes, finished physical products you make are permitted under the standard license. Reselling or sharing digital files is prohibited. See the full license for details.

Will a file work with my machine?

Check the final listing for supported formats and software. A design preview alone is not a machine-ready file or a guarantee of safe fabrication.
