Refunds & file problems

This policy applies to paid digital downloads. Design concepts without a price remain unavailable for purchase.

Digital purchases

Please review formats, dimensions, editing options and software requirements before paying. Because digital content can be copied, change-of-mind refunds after access or download are generally unavailable where permitted by applicable law. This does not remove statutory consumer rights.

We will help with

• Corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly delivered files.
• A file that materially differs from its listing.
• Duplicate charges or paid orders that cannot be delivered.

Contact support promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant screenshots. We will assess the issue and offer a working replacement or an appropriate refund where warranted or required by law. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

Problems caused by unsupported software or fabrication settings are assessed against the compatibility information published at purchase. Contact us before buying if uncertain.
